The February-March Ceasefire Agreement or "F-MCA" was a an agreement with the Union and Confederacy, where no shots would be fired from February 25,1861 to March 25, 1861, giving both sides time to "re-organize" their armies. Another part of the agreement was that neither armies could manuever, citing that it would be unfair for an army to invade facing to opposition. The agreement ends March 25, 1861, and armies may resume activity by March 27, 1861.
